Update on COVID-19

We wanted to assure you that we are monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation closely and are working to ensure we meet the needs of our members as well as provide for the health and safety of our employees. We realize this health situation has already been disruptive to many people across the globe and wanted to share information about what we’re doing to support both our members and employees.

 

To continue to serve our members at this time, we have made the decision to close our lobbies starting Wednesday, March 18, 2020. Our drive-thru will be open during normal business hours.  We are taking precautions to sanitize the equipment as well, but we do ask that members sanitize their hands before and after using it.

 

We strongly encourage members to utilize our digital banking options to access your account 24/7 through Home Banking and Prestige Credit Union Mobile App.  It is easy to set up if you have not done so previously.  You can view transactions, make transfers, deposit checks, access card controls and pay bills.  If you are needing loan assistance or need to open an account, please apply online or contact us by phone.

 

Also, please remember that your savings are federally insured by the National Credit Union Administration to at least $250,000.00 and backed by the full faith and credit of the United States Government.

 

The Federal Trade Commission has issued a warning to consumers about scammers taking advantage of individuals surrounding Coronavirus fears. They are setting up websites to sell bogus products and using fake emails, texts, and social media posts as a ruse to take your money and get your personal information. Please remain alert to avoid possible scams and if you come across any suspicious claims, report them to the FTC at ftc.gov/complaint.
